Q: I can not login to my RFI account but I am firmly sure in accuracy of my login details. Whats up?
A: Your free membership account has expired. 20 active days have passed, notifications have been sent out to you, no activity from your part has been detected. If you are sure you want to cooperate with us please contact our support executive.
Q: Where are my earnings? Why do I see "0" in my account?
A: We do not pay on Saturday and Sunday. These are days off.
Q: Every time I log into my account the system says" invalid turing". What should I do?
A: Simply refresh the webpage right before you log into your account.
Q: My cashout request was not processed. Why?
A: In accordance with our disclaimer all cashout requests are to be processed within 48 hours. Any previous experience of fast procession is not guarantee of the same exact time in future.
