All pending payments from yesterday have been paid. All missing upgrades also from STP have been added to your accounts. Apparently, STP has been having problems the past couple of hours. I am hoping that they could fix it soon.
As for the LR issue, know that our accounts are not blocked. But I suggest that you hold off your deposits for now. We will see how the other sites cope up with this LR issue. I am now monitoring many forum threads that have reported some issues about blocking.
